What data we receive

Account: email, password hash (the password itself is not stored), app key, selected currency.

From the app, about each PC: computer name, GPU and CPU models, thread count, app version, a hashed Windows identifier (used to tell PCs apart), whether mining is on, hashrate, GPU temperature and power draw.

Withdrawals: wallet addresses, amounts, statuses and transaction hashes.

Support: the text of your requests.

Technical data: IP address on failed login attempts (protection against password guessing) and in web server logs; country by IP — to pick the currency in the calculator.

What we do not collect

The app does not read your files, documents, messages, browser history, keystrokes or screen contents.

Why

To run your account and dashboard, credit earnings, process payouts, answer support requests and protect the service from abuse. Occasionally we email you service news — you can unsubscribe with the link in any such email.

Who receives data

Mining pools only see a worker name like “fh123-45” — no email or other account data. The website runs through Cloudflare (delivery and protection), fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, newsletter emails are delivered by an email service (it only receives your email address and the message). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

The website sets a cookie to keep you logged in. If you arrive through a personal invitation link, a second cookie is added for 30 days so that the invitation can be counted when you sign up. Browser storage keeps your language, currency and calculator settings. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account exists. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, write to support in your dashboard. You can remove PCs from the dashboard yourself.
